Updated: January 2024

Please read the terms and conditions outlined below carefully.
The purpose of Credit Control, LLC’s Text Messaging Service (“Service”) is to provide you with information about your account. Credit Control, LLC does not charge you for using the Service, but your carrier may charge you for each text message sent and received. The number of messages will vary by account and message and data rates may apply. If your handset does not support Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), any MMS messages sent may be delivered as Short Messing Service (SMS) messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages. You may opt-out of the Service at any time by replying STOP. You may opt-in to the Service by texting START. The Service is informational and not conversational. Accordingly, the Service will not recognize any reply you send other than STOP, START or HELP. If you have questions or need to speak with an agent, call the phone number as shown in your text message or reply HELP. By using the Service, you agree to receive one (1) additional text message after replying STOP which will confirm your removal from the Service.
